We aim to respond within 1–3 business days. Please indicate the type of issue in the subject line (e.g. "Subscription issue", "Data sync", "Feature request") so we can route it faster.

For urgent security matters (account compromise, data breach), prefix the subject with [URGENT].

02Account & Sign-in

How do I sign up?

Open the Vita iOS app or visit 100old.app, then use Sign in with Apple, Google, or an 8-digit email OTP. On first sign-in you'll be guided through a short onboarding to fill in basic info.

Forgot password?

Vita doesn't use passwords — sign-in is via Apple/Google SSO or email OTP, so there's no password to forget. If you don't receive the OTP email:

  • Check spam / promotions folders
  • Confirm the email address is correct
  • Wait 60 seconds, then request again
  • If still nothing, email us

How do I switch accounts?

iOS app: Profile → Sign Out → sign back in. Web: top-right avatar → Sign Out.

03Health data

What sources are supported?

  • Apple Health (HealthKit): steps, heart rate, HRV, VO₂max, sleep, workouts, menstrual cycles, and 60+ other metrics
  • WHOOP: Recovery, Strain, HRV, sleep stages, workouts
  • Manual import: web supports CSV/JSON historical imports

How often does data sync?

WHOOP syncs every 15 minutes automatically, and an incremental sync triggers each time you open the app. Apple Health pushes locally on the device — close to real-time.

What if data is missing or wrong?

Check the source first — open the Apple Health app or the WHOOP app to confirm the data is there. If the source has it but Vita doesn't, email us with the date range.

04WHOOP sync

How do I connect WHOOP?

Profile → Data Sources → tap the WHOOP card → sign in and authorize on the WHOOP page that opens. The first sync covers the last 7 days.

"WHOOP sync interrupted"?

The authorization token expired. Follow the notification or visit Profile and re-authorize. If it recurs, email us.

How much history can I sync?

First connect pulls the last 7 days; afterwards we sync incrementally every 15 minutes. For a longer historical backfill, email us and we'll run a one-off import.

05Apple Health

Why don't I see my HealthKit data?

iOS doesn't let apps query which Health permissions have been granted, so each sync re-requests authorization. If your data isn't showing:

  • Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Vita → enable all
  • Profile → Data Sources → tap "Apple Health" again
  • Wait 30 seconds for the upload to finish

06Subscription & billing

What are the three tiers?

  • Monthly: $2.99 / month, auto-renewing
  • Annual: $29.99 / year, auto-renewing
  • Lifetime: $99, one-time purchase

All paid tiers unlock the three premium features — Body Age, AI health report extraction, and Vita Buddy (AI companion) — plus 50 AI chat turns per month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Vita Plus → Cancel. You can keep using the app until the end of the current cycle.

Subscription didn't activate?

Open Vita → Profile → Subscription → "Restore Purchases". If it still doesn't activate, email us a screenshot of the Apple receipt.

Refund policy

All IAP refunds are handled by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, find the order, and request a refund. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.

07AI & privacy

Can the AI see my data?

For each AI analysis, only the minimal data slice the session needs (e.g. last 7 days of recovery + sleep summaries) is sent to the model. We use ShenSuanYun as the model gateway, with DeepSeek as the underlying model.

Does the AI keep the original photo when I upload a report?

No. The photo is used for that single AI extraction pass and then discarded. Only the structured markers are saved to your health record.

Is the AI's advice reliable?

Vita's AI analysis is educational and informational. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For any health concerns, consult a doctor.

08Data export & deletion

How do I export my data?

Export requests go through email. We'll deliver a JSON / CSV bundle within 7 business days.

How do I delete my account?

Email javakenn@gmail.comwith subject "Delete account" from your registered email address. We'll remove all your data (WHOOP tokens, Apple Health cache, AI chat history) within 7 business days. Deletion is permanent.
