Vita (100old.app) reads your health and lab reports — snap a photo and the AI extracts every marker and reference range into a long-term health record that the AI coach can later draw on when answering questions.
How it works
Take a photo of a physical-exam or lab report in the app, and the AI reads each marker (lipids, glucose, liver/kidney function, etc.) and its reference range into a structured record. Multiple reports can be compared over time to see how markers trend.
Used together with your training data
Lab reports are clinical snapshots; WHOOP/Apple wearable data is your daily trend. Vita puts them together so the AI coach considers both your day-to-day recovery and sleep and your lab markers when giving advice tailored to your body.

Which reports are supported?
Common physical-exam and blood/biochemistry lab reports — anything with markers and reference ranges can be read from a photo.
Is the extracted data private?
Your health data is stored encrypted and isolated per account, never sold or used for ads. When AI is involved, only the minimal context for your current question is used.
Does the AI use my reports?
Yes. Once uploaded, the AI coach references those markers when answering related questions.
